Outdoor circuit training with a difference: Focusing on functional bodyweight exercise! The classes are mixed ability and all are welcome.
From June 1st classes are Tue, Thu @ 19.00 and Sat @ 12.30 £4 on the day or £10 for the week. The main aim is to get fit and have fun.
